Really enjoyable overall experience. Quiet hotel in a good location for my trip. A nice size rooms with the TV stand as well as the AC, and decent personnel. A huge variety of different food for meals. Location near to the softball fields and Shawnee n and shopping centers. Also, in the middle of jackson.

Nice place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. The staff helped care for my elderly parents during my first stay, made a lasting impression. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm excited to come back for Christmas.

The place was dirty the bathroom was filthy, the curtains had blood on them, same as shower curtain,the sheets were stained. I'm very unsatisfied, was told there was nothing they could do about it since, I booked through a third party.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable.Everything was good.

The price was very budget-friendly, and the location was perfect for the event i attended. The staff was so nice and accommodating. It's great that they have a fitness center too.
the only downside was that the noise from the hallway was a bit much at times.

It was clean.
The add sind the beds were queen but they were a double. The rooms are very small. It was difficult in the small room with two small children.

It was close to where we were going to a PBA Bowling Tournament.
The room was gross. After we took our showers we saw that there was hair caked to the lower back shower wall... So gross! It wasn't worth the price at all. When we checked in the front desk person was very unfriendly and had a man (assuming boyfriend) sitting in a chair, and my husband kept hearing them both talking back and worth dropping the F***Bomb in every other word. Will NOT be returning. Not much of a breakfast either!

Convenient location.
Smelled stale, stuffy despite airconditioning. Q-tip and other dirt stayed on bathroom floor for entire 4 days. big ceiling patch above toilet and hole punched in wall by door stop. No cable, iron or amenities in general, minimal breakfast all for $125/night for which I expect a much better level of lodging.

I didn't like anything. The staff was rude, they failed to reveal on website the construction. Had no respect for the paying patrons staying there.
